A month ago I ventured out the Loxahatchee Wildlife Center to see the nesting Great Horned Owls. I saw the female sitting quietly on the nest. And then I saw another owl on a different trail near another nest. Well I'm happy to report that at least one of the babies hatched and is doing well. My friend Bill Kominsky sent me these photos of the cute little babe.
