Photo taken at Green Cay by Bill KominskyPeople at Green Cay take it for granted that we have awesome birds like Purple Gallinules and Limpkins seen on a daily basis. The Purple Gallinules are my favorite in summer with their little black puff ball babies. I like them better than moorhen chicks...it's all about that beak. I also really like how the juveniles go from brown to multi-colored like the bird above.
