Lounging Little Blue


My friend Bill Kominsky sent me this photo of a Little Blue Heron at Green Cay recently. I have never seen this behavior before but I like how you can see his legs under the water. I guess sometimes even the herons need to sit back and rest.

Wow, this looks really weird. I haven't seen any heron or egret do something like this. Great capture.
