It has been another successful year for the Green Herons nesting at Green Cay. This is only the second year that we have had them nesting. That's not to bad considering this is only the third year that Green Cay has been in existence. These two young ones were up on the railing on my latest bird count this week. I love the fuzzy feathers on their heads. Springtime at the marsh is wonderful.
